About SteadyChip
Built by Chuck — a guy recovering in Tampa.
SteadyChip was built out of personal need — not to launch a product or build a business. Just to have something simple and honest to help stay on track, one day at a time. Every existing tracker felt either too gamified, too expensive, or too clinical.
Recovery is hard enough without an app turning it into a social competition or locking your own history behind a paywall. SteadyChip does one thing: it helps you show up for yourself each day and see your progress over time.
The name comes from sobriety culture. A chip is a small token — given at 24 hours, 30 days, 60 days, and beyond — that marks each stage of the journey. People carry it in their pocket as a quiet, daily reminder. SteadyChip is built in that spirit. Always in your pocket. Always honest. Always yours.
No company, no team, no funding — just one person's tool, shared in case it helps yours too.
