Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SteadyChip, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. Use of SteadyChip is void where prohibited.
Age Requirement
SteadyChip is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide services to anyone under 18.
Not Medical Advice
SteadyChip is a personal wellness and habit-tracking tool only. It is not a medical device, clinical service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in this app constitutes medical, psychological, or addiction-treatment advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or substance use disorder.
Account and Data
Cloud sync is optional and requires an email address. Your data is yours: you may export, delete, or request removal of your data at any time. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions
SteadyChip Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SteadyChip to violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, transmit harmful or deceptive content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding in SteadyChip is the property of SteadyChip and its creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SteadyChip and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SteadyChip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SteadyChip after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will note the effective date at the top of this document.
